We use your account and order information to provide the photography service and handle inquiries. Photos are private: customers access their originals and delivered results; authorized administrators can work on the files.
Order messages are visible only to the customer and authorized administrators. We use them to clarify requests and coordinate delivery. Professionals’ internal notes remain private.
Processing and retention
During photo processing, the reference photo and relevant instructions are sent to the selected processing provider through OpenRouter. Firebase manages authentication, data, and files; Vercel hosts the website.
Photos are deleted seven days after delivery. Download them by the displayed date. Abandoned drafts and cancelled orders are cleaned after seven days; necessary order metadata is kept separately.
Your choices
Language preferences are saved in a functional cookie and browser storage; form drafts are saved locally. This version does not use analytics or advertising cookies. For requests about your data, use the contact form.
